Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Speaker

  Securely place the speaker, charging cables, and manuals into the original retail box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
